In any discussion
of Bus Bench Advertising, three main factors are used to determine
the monthly rental rate: Location, Duration and Quantity. Another
important factor that helps to determine the rental rate is whether
the bench is "Fixed" or "Rotary". Fixed benches remain at the chosen
location for the duration of the contract. At the end of the contract
period, the current occupant has the right of first refusal for
that location. Benches rented as Rotary, (or Pre-Emptable), are
allowed to be moved within three to five miles of the original contracted
location.
Rather than affix a specific rental rate to each bus bench, Bench
Ads has eight (8) separate category types for its inventory. Rental
rates for the benches of each type fall within a pre-determined
"range".

containing non-consecutive months are subject to additional installation and
removal fees. |
